For a 12-month CDD, our client an International Bank located in Kirchberg is currently looking for a :

Back Office Assistant - Cash

Duties :

• Cash Payments (Cash Transfer Out, Cash Transfer In, Internal Cash Transfers)

• Credit Cards Activity

• Term Deposits Activity

• Funding Control

• Process Forex (Bank + Clients)

• Liquidity Management

• Cash Reconciliation

Profil recherché

Profile :

• Master’s degree related to the area of expertise;

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar department.

• Knowledge of stock exchanges;

• Knowledge of SWIFT/PACS;

• Understanding of financial products (forex, money market, collateral)

• Analytical, synthetic mind-set and problem-solving skills;

• Proactively proposes alternatives to improve the process optimization;

• Rigor and organization;

• Priority management;

• Sense of discretion and confidentiality;

• Self-motivation, team player with the high level of integrity and self-discipline;

• Good knowledge of computer-based tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook;

• Good communication skills (oral and writing);

• Fluent in English. Portuguese and French are an advantage.
