Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a “Senior Business Analyst ” to strengthen the Cronos Europa team

Senior Business Analyst  to support and maintain the main client's application. This application underpins the advisory activities, which align local, regional, and national development projects with EU standards. The successful candidate will ensure seamless operation, provide technical support, and contribute to ongoing application enhancements while collaborating with the main application experts and IT teams.

Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary point of contact for users and IT teams.
• Provide technical support for login issues, performance, functionality, and data consistency.
• Maintain a log of all support requests and deliver monthly summaries to the application owner.
• Assist in processing data-related requests (insertion, extraction, manipulation).
• Conduct root cause analysis and debug application issues.
• Propose solutions with estimations and resolve problems effectively.
• Coordinate with the application owner and other IT teams for unresolved issues.
• Update application manuals and create clear documentation for processes.
• Train and guide junior or new resources as needed.
• Conduct periodic clean-ups and implement evolutionary maintenance.
• Identify and propose improvements for design and operation.
• Automate repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency.
• Design, test, and document solutions for new functionality.
• Conduct pre-release, non-regression, and release testing.
• Manage branch merging and build environments for release management.

Technical skills:

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools like Jira
• Proven experience in creating business documentation such as case studies and requirement summaries.
• Knowledge JASPERS

Profile :

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis or requirements engineering within financial services
•  Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Ability to understand and align with new business areas and policies quickly.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills..
• Adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning.
