Your contribution to our success

• Assist senior consultants and client teams in defining new business strategies together with the team, covering areas such as distribution, products, and operations, while taking into account market practices, emerging trends, and future regulatory requirements.


• Perform rigorous research and analysis in a fast-paced environment to identify potential value-creating opportunities for clients across banking and capital markets.


• Support the collection and deep dive analysis of data related to banking strategy, customer journeys, operational processes, and digital/AI innovations to help uncover growth and efficiency levers.


• Help co-develop future operating models and business processes by contributing insights on industry benchmarks, technology advancements, and regulatory impacts.


• Collaborate in mapping and redesigning processes with a focus on digital and AI-powered enhancements to improve client experience and operational agility.


• Prepare high-impact client deliverables including presentations, reports, and detailed documentation that effectively communicate your analysis and recommendations.


• Participate actively in client workshops, ideation sessions, and team meetings, contributing ideas and facilitating productive discussions to drive solution design.


• Support project management tasks such as milestone tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely and effective transformation delivery.


• Leverage Deloitte’s methodologies, tools, and global networks to continuously build your skills and contribute to innovative transformation programs.

Your skills

• You hold or are completing a Master’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, business, or a related field.


• You have relevant internship or early professional experience in banking, consulting, or digital/AI transformation projects.


• You have distinctive academic results.


• You possess foundational knowledge of financial services, banking operations, and regulatory frameworks.


• You demonstrate genuine interest for the financial services industry, eager to explore its products, services, and evolving structure.


• You demonstrate strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and structured problem-solving capabilities.


• Your communication and interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate effectively within teams and engage with clients confidently.


• You are self-starter, keen to learn and build expertise.


• You are proactive, curious, and committed to learning and growing your consulting skills within business and operational transformation.


• You have organizational abilities and attention to detail necessary for supporting project coordination and documentation.


• You are fluent in English and in French or German; additional European languages are a plus.


• Exposure to or appetite for digital transformation and AI technologies is highly desirable, particularly with a focus in automation in Wealth Management.
