We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (m/w/d) within the fund industry. The ideal candidate will have strong operational knowledge in fund distribution, execution and fund data management. This role involves working in an international and bilingual (French/English) context, supporting strategic and operational initiatives through business analysis, process optimization, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and support business processes related to fund distribution and execution

• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and structure fund-related data

• Apply project management methodologies to ensure the effective delivery of initiatives

• Contribute to understanding and optimizing the financial ecosystem, especially in the area of fund distribution

• Work with and interpret SWIFT messages (MT and MX formats)

• Utilize general IT tools such as SQL, XML, and Jira for data queries, reporting, and task tracking

• Serve as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring clear and precise communication of business needs

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the fund industry or a similar financial services environment

• Strong understanding of fund distribution operations and financial data flows

• Experience with SWIFT messaging formats (MT and MX)

• Proficiency with tools such as SQL, XML, and Jira

• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Highly organized, with a solid sense of priorities, attention to detail, and professional rigor

• Comfortable working in an international and bilingual environment (French and English)
