Your role & work environment

As part of the CIO Office Team, as CIO Office Service Manager, you will be managing a variety of Programs, including Sourcing, Service Level Management and Regulatory Programs within the CIO Department in collaboration with the respective stakeholders.

Further you will be supporting on KPIs and metrics in relation to both the programs and the Tech Strategy in general.

On a day to day basis this means that you will both drive and support various programs at the same time, gather and report high quality information and metrics to ensure informed decision making and prepare meetings and presentations. You will actively propose and contribute to continuous improvements and ensure timely and successful delivery.

Your key responsibilities

1. Lead and Deliver Strategic Programs, and Sourcing initiatives

• Define clear goals, milestones and deliverables that align with business needs.
• Drive programs from start to finish, ensuring they stay on track, on time, and within expected budget and timing.
• Monitor quantitative and qualitative progress regularly, adjust plans when needed, and take ownership of outcomes.

2. Support Decisions with Analysis and Risk Management

• Structure and perform thoughrough analysis to guide informed decisions.
• Identify risks early, assess their impact, and implement mitigation plans.
• Provide stakeholders with reliable, timely quantitative and qualitative insights and metrics to support their decision-making.

3. Coordinate and Communicate with Stakeholders

• Collaborate closely with teams, especially within the CIO department, to align efforts.
• Keep stakeholders and leadership informed with regular updates on status, milestones, KPIs and outcomes.
• Offer clear, concise advice to ensure confident decision making.

As a CIO Office Service Manager you will also need:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering or related field  (Master’s Degree preferred)
• Solid knowledge and/or experience in building dashbaords is an advantage
• Understanding of and experience in tools such as PowerBI, Service Now PPM, etc. is of preference
• Experience in Tech and Sourcing is of preference
• At least 3 years of experience in program management
• Strong organizational skills and understanding of methodologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization
