Client Services Specialist

We are looking for a Client Services Specialist to join our Business Development team and become a trusted point of contact for our clients.

Your mission? Make every client interaction seamless, responsive and personal.

You will take ownership of the day-to-day client experience, working closely with teams across the Bank to ensure our clients feel heard, supported and genuinely well looked after.

What you'll do

• Build strong, trusted relationships with your portfolio of clients and act as their main point of contact.


• Understand client needs and ensure clear, proactive and timely communication.


• Coordinate client requests across Onboarding & KYC/AML, Product, Operations and Business Development.


• Take ownership of service issues and escalations, ensuring effective follow-up through to resolution.


• Lead client meeting and service reviews and follow up on agreed actions.


• Monitor service quality, KPIs and SLAs and identify opportunities to improve the client experience.


• Support Business Development through CRM reporting, data analysis and selected commercial initiatives.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years' experience in client relationship management or client services within financial services.


• Strong knowledge of banking products and client servicing.


• A genuine client-first mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.


• Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.


• Fluent English; French and/or German are an advantage.
