Consultant Senior - Accountant

Our Delta Operations team is looking for a Consultant Senior - Accountant for our fasts growing activities with our client. The primary focus of this role will be on Opex accounting, including handling invoices and performing bank account reconciliations.

The Senior accountant will have the following responsibilities:

• Operationally process invoices and cash transactions directly within SAP S/4HANA.
• Perform accounting entries, reconciliations, controls, and validations within the Finance module.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and compliance of financial data in SAP.
• Contribute to the optimization of financial processes and support automation initiatives (SAP workflows, RPA, scripting…).
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve incidents and enhance existing procedures.
• Provide immediate operational support with no upskilling required on S/4HANA.

The Consultant Senior - Accountant will also have the responsibility to participate to the Delta Accountant club, support and manage Delta initiatives around the Accountant topics. As an operational consultant, the Consultant Senior - Accountant will act as Subject Matter Expert to support other colleagues in case of expertise needs.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of Opex accounting processes.
• PProven experience in SAP S/4HANA environments (mandatory).
• Fully operational: able to handle financial transactions immediately with no additional training.
• Strong knowledge of AP/AR processes, payments, cash management, and reconciliations.
• Experience in automating accounting processes.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial operations.

• License or Master qualification in accounting, finance or equivalent

• English and French speaking are mandatory, additional language is considered as an advantage.
