Erfahrenen Volljuristen/Rechtsanwalt/Berater (m/w/d) im Steuerrecht (deutschsprachig)



Ihre Tätigkeit:

Innerhalb unseres Expertenteams, welches für die Betreuung unserer nationalen und internationalen Mandanten in allen steuerlichen Belangen zuständig ist, sind Sie verantwortlich für:

Die maßgeschneiderte Steuerberatung und das Anbieten von innovativen Lösungen für alle steuerrechtlichen Fragestellungen unserer Mandanten mit Fokus auf den deutschen Markt;
Die Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Entwicklung von steuereffizienten Strukturen für deren Unternehmens- und Finanztransaktionen;
Für ein kleineres Team von jüngeren Anwälten. Im Speziellen leiten Sie Teammitglieder im Arbeitsalltag an, vermitteln Fachwissen und koordinieren bzw. geben Trainings. Sie werden nach einer ersten Einarbeitungsphase sukzessiv an der allgemeinen Arbeitsorganisation sowie am Wissensaustausch innerhalb des Teams beteiligt;
Follow-up von Kundenanfragen und Erstellung von Stellungnahmen und Dokumenten unter der Aufsicht des zuständigen Partners.


Ihr Profil:
Sie verfügen über:

Einen erfolgreichen Abschluss der beiden juristischen Staatsexamina, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Spezialisierung oder LLM im Steuerrecht und/oder ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Steuerberaterexamen;
Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im nationalen und/oder internationalen Steuerrecht in einer Anwaltskanzlei oder Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (idealerweise in Luxemburg);
Perfekte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, idealerweise abgerundet durch gute Französischkenntnisse;
Eine effiziente Kommunikationsfähigkeit und zeichnen sich insbesondere durch Ihre Gabe aus, aktiv zuhören zu können. Ihre analytischen Fähigkeiten ermöglichen es Ihnen stets das Vertrauen interner und externer Gesprächspartner zu gewinnen;
Eine allgemeine Aufgeschlossenheit, sind überdies dynamisch, flexibel und in der Lage innerhalb eines Teams auf strukturierte und selbständige Weise zu arbeiten.
