Swiss Life Asset Managers Luxembourg holds a dual license as a UCITS Management Company and AIFM and is supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier («CSSF»). As such, Swiss Life Asset Managers Luxembourg manages UCITS as well as AIF pursuing Real Estate, Infrastructure and Senior Secured Loan strategies of corporate and contractual form.

Where Everything Counts - Within Swiss Life's Accounting you take care of the accurate and in time determination of our alternative investment funds' prices. You determine NAVs and manage and coordinate SPV accountants, auditors and other external service providers who perform services within the fund administration.

You complete a motivated international team and manage ambitious challenges jointly.

Responsibilities

• NAV calculation and accounting of Infrastructure Funds
• Controlling the external service providers responsible for SPV accounting
• Reconciling and checking of the SPV accounting
• Issuing NAV releases to stakeholders and investors
• Monitoring of closing-deadlines
• Responsibility for a smooth and in-time year- and quarter-end closing process
• Main contact for accountants, asset and portfolio managers, etc. for accounting matters
• Leading or participating in projects

Experience

• Degree in finance or at least 5 years of profession experience as a senior fund accountant, fund controller, accountant or similar professional qualification in the Luxembourg fund sector
• Good accounting knowledge of alternative investment funds (infrastructure, private equity); Lux GAAP is mandatory, IFRS knowledge is a plus
• Demonstrating ability to work effectively in a team while assuming personal responsibility
• Strong attention to detail, while maintaining an overview of the bigger picture within given deadlines
• Reliable and solution‑oriented working style with a hands‑on mentality
• Flexibility and comfort in working with changing requirements
• Experienced MS Office user; Yardi and SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong language skills in English
