For our Ferrero headquarters in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Global Category Development Manager for Sweet Spreads. You will shape the global category growth strategy, turning shopper, retailer and market understanding into clear opportunities for customers, consumers and Ferrero. Working across functions and markets, you will guide category choices, support innovation and help local teams bring the strategy to life.
You will connect global direction with local market realities, creating practical strategies and tools that generate measurable category and customer value.
You develop and continuously improve the global Sweet Spreads category growth strategy, defining priorities for assortment, merchandising, placement, visibility and shopper communication.
You translate shopper, category, channel and retailer insights into compelling selling stories, practical toolkits and clear recommendations that markets can use with customers.
You guide category inputs into innovation, lead priority projects and monitor performance to strengthen execution, share learning and scale effective approaches across markets.
You bring a university degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field, together with seven to ten years of relevant experience in Category Management or Category Development. You understand shopper behavior, retail economics, channel dynamics and customer collaboration.
You combine different data sources to identify growth opportunities and turn insights into clear strategies and commercially practical recommendations.
You have led complex international projects and can align senior contributors around shared priorities, decisions and measurable outcomes.
You communicate fluently in English and use NielsenIQ, Circana or Kantar data, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Think-Cell to craft evidence-based stories.
