Group Supply Chain Controller

About the Role:

For our Global Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are looking for Group Supply Chain Controller to join our Finance team. You will support the Group SC Controller by ensuring robust consolidation, analysis, and governance of the full Supply Chain cost perimeter at Group level. The role plays a key part in delivering accurate Actuals, Budgets, and Forecasts, driving financial insight, transparency, and performance management across Operations and Procurement.

In addition, this role supports the Group SC Controller for the operational execution of the Group Stock Governance framework in the operations perimeter, consolidating stock KPIs across regions, ensuring consistent application of Group standards, and supporting initiatives to improve stock performance.

Main Responsibilities:

You will analyze and consolidate the financial performance of the Supply Chain at Group level (actuals, budget, forecasts), ensuring consistency and reliability of reporting across operations and procurement. You will also contribute to planning cycles by reviewing performance, investments, and targets, and by identifying gaps and areas for improvement.

Thanks to your analytical skills, you will coordinate the assessment of risks and opportunities across the Supply Chain scope and provide clear insights to support management decisions. You will also follow stock performance indicators, compare results across regions, and help guide corrective actions when needed.

You will work closely with Supply Chain controllers at both local and regional levels, ensuring alignment on methodologies, KPIs, and performance narratives. Thanks to your ability to collaborate and communicate effectively, you will support consistency in financial practices across the Group.

About You:

You will have a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with 7–9 years of experience in financial controlling and analysis, you have developed a solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, inventory, and operations models, as well as financial and management accounting principles. You are also comfortable using ERP and reporting tools such as SAP and Power BI.

You will use your ability to collect and analyze data to produce clear reports and presentations, while managing multiple priorities. Thanks to your communication skills, you can share insights and recommendations with stakeholders and contribute to discussions with leadership.

You will approach topics with a critical perspective, challenge assumptions in a constructive way, and work independently while managing projects, timelines, and stakeholders from start to finish.
