Helpdesk Operator

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Helpdesk Operator to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Act as a first point of contact for all user IT and non-IT related requests and technical support issues
• Provide technical assistance to determine the nature of problems
• Logistical support with incoming mail and management of office supplies (ordering, distributing, stock-keeping)
• Help with management of office workspace
• Process reports from the incident management tool
• Provide maintenance and support needed to end users.

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or equivalent in professional experience

• Professional experience in an IT or facilities support team
• Experience in providing support to users;
• Ability to Facilities services by performing tasks as described above
• Ability to identify user's needs
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a multicultural environment
• Flexibility and capacity to act upon problems
• Strong Client orientation and communication skills in English, orally and in writing.
