HR and Corporate Secretariat Officer maternity leave from mid August 2024 to mid March 2025 A diversified role including HR Administration, recruitment activities and corporate secretariat management. Your responsibilities Under the supervision of the Head of HR, you will Handle the recruitment processes with the support of the HR Head and managers Handle daily HR administrative matters and questions Keep the HR tool up to date Handle payroll and contracts coordination with the external services provider Handle management of absences Attend the employees' questions and requirements Support with the annual HR processes: yearly assessment process, KPIs, … Back up for the corporate secretariat in the administrative task when needed (phone calls, post, welcoming clients/suppliers…) Your profile A University or equivalent graduate - ideally in HR, business, finance, economics or accounting A HR professional with 3 years of experience in Luxembourg Confirmed knowledge of the Luxembourg labor law Aspiring to work for a multicultural growing and dynamic company Fluent in written and spoken English is a pre-requisite.
