As an HR Assistant, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Provide administrative support to the HR department across a range of functions.
Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, scheduling, and managing correspondence.
Draft, format, and proofread HR-related documents in both French and English (contracts, internal policies, job descriptions, etc.).
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Manage incoming communications: answer phone calls, respond to emails, and redirect inquiries as needed
Maintain and update internal databases and records with accuracy
Ensure the confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information
Excellent command of English and French
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
