About the Role:

We're looking for someone curious, proactive, and ready to dive into the world of people and performance. As a Junior HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with managers to support their teams, contribute to key HR initiatives, and help shape a workplace where people thrive.

Main Responsibilities:

You’ll partner with leaders to solve real business challenges, coach line managers on people matters, support talent and engagement initiatives, and roll up your sleeves to make HR processes run smoothly. From employee relations to workforce planning, you'll get involved in a bit of everything.

About You:

You have a solid understanding of core HR principles and employment basics. You’re confident working with managers, organised under pressure, and comfortable navigating sensitive topics. Strong communication skills, discretion, and a proactive approach are essential. You’re tech-savvy, a quick learner, and ready to grow in a generalist role.
