We are looking for a IDAM & Workplace Medior Engineer (M/F)

Your main responsibilities:

• Support the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Windows operating systems
• Help perform regular updates and security patches to ensure system stability and security
• Monitor system performance and assist in resolving technical issues related to Windows environments
• Create basic PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks and enhance the efficiency of IT processes
• Assist in managing user accounts, groups, and organizational units in Active Directory
• Help design, deploy, and manage Group Policy Objects (GPO) to control user and computer configurations
• Support the deployment and management of mobile devices and computers using Microsoft Intune
• Help configure security and compliance policies for managed devices
• Monitor and resolve issues related to Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM)
• Integrate Power Automate with other services and applications to create automated solutions
• Document problems and solutions to improve incident resolution processes
• Participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure their success
• Use Jira to plan, track, and manage IT projects
• Use ServiceNow for incident, service request, and change management

Your profile:

• Minimum Bachelor in IT Engineering or similar
• Min 3 years experience in a similar role
• ITIL V3 foundation or V4
• Strong Active Directory Knowledge
• Scripting Powershell
• Power Automate & Orchestrator Knowledge
• Knowledge of Field Services activities
• Knowledge of Office 365 
• Knowledge of Azure 
• Curious with Cloud solutions (ChatBot, Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence...) and their possible benefits for the domain of activity
• Hands-on activities for initiating and promoting new technologies
• Fluent English and French
