We are currently seeking an Inside Sales. As a member of the Sales Team, you're responsible for the success of jobs.lu and our customers!

As an Inside Sales you will:

  • Identify new business trends and opportunities.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales tactics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and understand their needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the products and services.
  • Close deals, meet sales targets, drive growth and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Attend events to network with potential clients and partners…

We need an Inside Sales who has:

  • Proven experience as a Business Developer in a team of inside sales or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, in French and English, both verbal and written. German and Luxembourgish are assets.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to connect easily with potential clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Energy to reach KPI's, deadlines and monthly targets.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • As the first point of contact for new clients, it's essential for you to be personable, confident and with a smile in your voice.
