Integration Consultant

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an Integration Consultant to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Analyze, design, and implement integration solutions based on OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) platform capabilities as well as cloud-compatible solutions for EDRM (GED) interoperability and innovation projects.
• Develop, configure, and extend the EDRM platform using SmartUI and modern programming languages.
• Redesign and replace existing heavily customized code with standardized integration patterns.
• Learn and apply AnswerModules frameworks to support new functionality.
• Work with Oscript to maintain or migrate legacy components.
• Drive the transition from current REST API integrations via ESB (legacy) toward Azure API Management.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to assess integration requirements for on-premise and cloud-based systems.
• Integrate xECM with O365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) using Integration Services.
• Support workflows, including signature workflows (e.g., DocuSign).

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Bachelor degree in IT or related field and at least 7 years of experience in software development or systems design/integration roles.
• At least 3 years of experience working with OpenText xECM or similar ECM solutions.
• Experience with migration away from legacy ESB solutions.
• Proven experience in enterprise content management / electronic document & records management platforms (e.g., OpenText, GED).
• Ability to work with and gradually replace legacy Oscript customisations.
• Strong background in modern programming languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with SmartUI development.
• Strong knowledge of integration with Microsoft O365 (SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook) including Integration Services.
• Solid expertise in REST API development and API lifecycle management.
• Experience with Azure API Management (preferred) or similar API management platforms.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure, OpenText xECM) are a plus.
• Fluent in English at least at a level B2.
