Internal Audit Manager

Position Overview:   

The Internal Audit Manager will be responsible for establishing and leading the internal audit function for the Luxembourg PSF and designing proportionate internal audit programs for the group’s other regulated entities and unregulated services. 

Responsibilities:   

Internal Audit Framework – Luxembourg PSF 

• Design and maintain an Internal Audit Charter and methodology. 

• Develop and execute a risk‑based annual audit plan. 

• Perform audits covering governance, operations, IT, outsourcing, and AML/CTF. 

• Produce audit reports and track remediation. 

• Engage with the CSSF as required. 

• Ensure compliance with regulatory internal audit requirements. 

Global Internal Audit Coverage 

• Design light‑touch internal audit programs for Cayman, Guernsey and US entities covering regulated and unregulated services. 

• Review regulatory requirements and develop proportionate audit scopes. 

• Coordinate with local compliance and operational teams. 

Advisory & Continuous Improvement 

• Provide insights to strengthen the control environment. 

• Support evolution of policies, procedures, and technical controls. 

• Promote a culture of risk awareness. 

• Report regularly to the board on internal audit progress and results. 

Qualifications:   

• Substantial experience auditing Luxembourg PSFs, particularly transfer agents.   

• Proven ability to build relationships and positively influence stakeholders at all levels 

• Structured, organised and adaptable approach to work 

• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and requirements 

• Relevant professional audit qualification(s) 

This role will require background checks including police checks due to the regulated nature of our business and access to confidential data.
