What you'll be doing

Responsibilities: As an intern, you will be at the forefront of our collaborative HR team, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in various HR functions. Throughout the internship, you will have the opportunity to:

Hire, guide, and empower interns : Participate actively in the recruitment and onboarding activities of our interns. Lead the intern program and collaborate with our HR BP and managers.

Collaborate on Training Programs : Work closely with our Senior HR Officer in managing various training programs designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Empower careers : Assist our HR Business Partner in managing the onboarding process of our employees, including probation period follow-up, and organizing engaging newcomer breakfasts. Contribute to employees' career development by building career plans and more.

Education, Experience, Skills : To be eligible for this internship, we are looking for candidates who:

Are currently pursuing a Master's degree (Master 1 or 2) or attending a Business School or equivalent.

Possess a strong interest in the field of Human Resources.

Ideally, have previous internship experience in HR.

Are fluent in French and have proficient English skills.
