Arbeitsbeschreibung - Investment Operations & Fund Controller (m/w/d)

Coordination of cooperation with affiliated fund accounting departments and custodians
Fund controlling/NAV oversight and the implementation of product-specific projects
Maintenance of internal product databases
Operational processing of transactions and payment transactions
Preparation and implementation of corporate actions, such as capital calls and distributions
Preparation of fee statements as well as internal and external reports and continuous reporting to management
Support in the account opening process and communication with custodian banks
Carrying out valuations / reconciliation to the fair value of alternative investments

Completed business studies or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in auditing or accounting in the real estate / PE sector of at least 3 years
High affinity for numbers, analytical skills and results orientation
Confident and convincing appearance as well as polite manners
Very good knowledge of the MS Office package
Confident knowledge of written and spoken German and English
Proactive, independent and accurate way of working
