IT Solution Integrator (m/f/d)

PwC Luxembourg is hiring an IT Solution Integrator M/F/D. What if it was you? 

Your mission: You are responsible for analysis, configuration, and programming tasks in the implementation and support of products. You collaborate closely with a product manager to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.

As an IT Solution Integrator (m/f/d), you will be part of the IT Advisory, AI & Content Services team, and will:

• Design, develop, implement and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Power Automate and Copilot Studio; 
• Build intelligent workflows and conversational agents to automate business processes and improve user interactions; 
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable automation solutions; 
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services and third-party systems using APIs and connectors; 
• Configure and manage gateways to enable secure on-premises and cloud integrations; ​
• Participate in the design, configuration, implementation, testing and documentation of automation solutions and product changes; 
• Plan and execute technical tests, identify issues, correct defects and ensure high-quality, error-free deliveries; 
• Communicate progress, risks and dependencies to the Product Manager and relevant stakeholders; 
• Identify and escalate blocking points and implementation risks in a timely manner; 
• Prepare effort and time estimations for assigned activities using standard project management tools and methodologies; 
• Define objectives and priorities in close collaboration with the Product Manager; 
• Ensure compliance with architecture principles, security standards and best practices; 
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned within the team. 

Let’s talk about you. If you...

• Hold a bachelor's degree or BAC+2 in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; 
• Have a solid understanding of automation concepts and low-code/no-code development; 
• Have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Copilot Studio (Power Apps is a plus); 
• Demonstrate a general knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based architectures; 
• Possess good knowledge of API usage, connectors and system integrations; 
• Have basic understanding of programming principles (.NET, Phyton or any object-oriented language is an asset); 
• Are aware of security best practices, identity management and testing concepts; 
• Have basic knowledge of ITIL practices is considered a plus; 
• Are able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with remote and multicultural teams; 
• Are fluent in English and French, both used daily within the firm; 
• Show strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a structured and disciplined working approach; 
• Have a curious mindset, eager to learn and evolve in a fast-changing technological environment.
