Your key responsibilities as a Business Development Manager will include:

• Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to grow our platform and product adoption across the UK asset management sector.
• Driving pipeline generation and achieving sales targets through structured go-to-market execution and cross-sell initiatives.
• Collaborating closely with marketing and a dedicated BDR team to generate demand and new opportunities.
• Partnering with Client Success Managers to ensure a seamless post-sales experience for clients.
• Bringing client feedback to product teams to influence the roadmap and enhance our offerings.
  

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Business Development Manager:

• You must have experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.
• You must be comfortable presenting to stakeholders, pitching solutions to prospective clients, and handling customer negotiations with professionalism and clarity.
• You may have confidence in cold calling, emailing, and networking.
