Junior Training Coordinator

For more than 20 years, Global Jet Luxembourg, leading European company in aircraft management, is focused on providing a high quality of service to an exceptional clientele. 

We are looking for a Junior Training Coordinator in order to provide a support to the training department:

• Work in a team of training coordinators and interacting with other departments within the company

• Developing and optimizing department admin processes

• Scheduling crew and company personnel training events

• Coordinate schedule with training centers worldwide

• Comply with multiple training regulations

• Previous experience in the aviation industry preferred

• Previous scheduling or resource management experience

• Strong computer skills

• Fluent in English

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to make quick decisions while working in a high-pressure environment

• Action oriented, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently
