KYC Quality Control Analyst

Hybrid working: up to 2 days a week remote working for local employees.

What you’ll be doing

• With the full support of the KYC Team, you would be providing Quality Control reviews of our Onboarding prospects that our KYC Team have prepared for approval using our Compliance framework
• Applying Quality Framework methodology to provide timely and constructive feedback to the Onboarding Analysts
• Supporting the Team Leads across our global offices in the development of fellow colleagues using your feedback and Subject Matter Expertise
• Advising the Management Team on any improvements to the on-boarding journey through using evidence driven by
• Using our L&D platform and Compliance Training Advisor for continued bespoke training to up-skill you to work towards becoming a key member of the KYC Team.

About you, you have

• Fluency in English. Any other languages can be an advantage.
• Previous experience with AML/KYC, specifically Enhanced Due Diligence processes in a financial institution
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to colleagues
• Great attention to detail, strong analytical skills as well as ability to see the ‘broader picture’
• An analytical and process improvement mindset
• Demonstrably strong teamwork with internal and external groups
• The ability to be a fast learner with the ability to think out of the box and provide solutions
