Management Assistant for our Travel Team

In the context of Operations, central support functions, and more specifically in Finance, we are looking for a Management Assistant / Junior for our Travel Team.

Your contribution to our success

1. Be actively part of the Travel team by arranging transportation and accommodations for our internal and external consultants, and groups


2. Ensure usage of best travel arrangements and verify the accuracy of travels


3. Coordinate with Travel Agency adjustment and cancellations, for air and hotel bookings


4. Run reports


5. Support a team of professionals by anticipating their requirements

Your skills

1. University or Bachelor degree in administrative support or tourism


2. A first relevant experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment is recommended, in Travel will be an asset


3. Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver a high quality of work with tight deadlines


4. Excellent IT skills in Office pack and ideally SAP Concur


5. Very good level of English and French, any other language will be considered as an asset
