The opportunity

You will collaborate with high performing professionals from different backgrounds on challenging projects in the asset management industry providing services to traditional and alternative Fund Managers as well as Asset Servicers.

Your key responsibilities

As a Manager within Wealth & Asset Management, you will have the chance to work with our traditional and alternative Fund Management and Asset Servicing clients on their strategic and business transformation, enhancing their regulatory compliance as well as identifying and developing their digital agenda.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in projects such as:

• Design and implement target operating models based on operational and regulatory requirements to ensure a seamless integration into global fund management platforms.


• Analyze regulatory requirements and design practical solution that are implemented in compliance and risk management procedures.


• Conceptualize and implement the integration of sustainability / ESG factors into business processes and IT systems.


• Design and set up effective risk management frameworks and perform periodic risk assessments.


• Furthermore, you will have the possibility to assist in the development of new Consulting solutions, become a thought leader on specific topics, and represent EY in the Wealth & Asset Management ecosystem.

Skills and attributes for success

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a consultant or in a Compliance, Risk Management or operational role at a Management Company/AIFM or an Asset Servicing Firm


• Strong skills in project management, delivering a portfolio of projects and business transformation (Target Operating Model Design and Implementation)


• Sound knowledge of key regulatory topics (e.g. UCITS, AIFMD) and Wealth & Asset Management Investment industry experience


• Solid understanding of the key operational processes of fund managers or asset servicers


• Good coaching skills, team spirit, problem-solving attitude, pro-activity and autonomy are key success factors in our practice


• Fluent English is required, along with at least one additional European language


• Ability to develop, present and market EY services and new solutions
