Marketing Assistant (m/f/d)

Landewyck, a heritage tobacco manufacturer with over 175 years of history, is evolving. With the changing times, we have embarked on an innovative journey to develop Next Generation Products that meet the diverse needs of consumers worldwide.

The Marketing Assistant is in charge of the development of advertising material, ideas and concepts for all type of promotions, brands and this also for all affiliates. He/she is also responsible for the administrative support of the marketing service.

Your goals:

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations, translate commercial team requests into creative briefings
• Assist the department member and affiliates commercial team in their promotional tasks
• Ensure the smooth operation of the Marketing Service
• Develop the operational marketing activities for the markets LU, BE, NL, FR, ES
• Check all design elements and warning dimensions of GTP's (good to print) and all packaging & cigarette design related information in the FTC (Fiche technique commercial) - all countries

Your profile:

• You have at least a bachelor degree in Marketing with a minimum of 3 years of experience within a marketing team
  Fluent in English & German or French: others languages are more than welcomed
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
