Mid-level Lawyer (M/F) – Banking & Finance

The Luxembourg Banking and Finance team is ranked Tier 1 and is part of our worldwide network which covers a variety of expertise including syndicated lending and debt restructuring matters.

Your profile:

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience preferably in international law firms and preferably in Luxembourg – additional in-house experience also welcome;
• You have trained and qualified as a Luxembourg lawyer or are registered as an EU foreign lawyer on List IV of the Luxembourg bar;

• You are fluent in written and spoken English. Additional languages such as French and German would be a great advantage;
• You have a strong ability or willingness to analyse legal questions and provide practical advice to clients;
• You are motivated, flexible, ambitious and autonomous;
• You have excellent communication skills and act as a team player;
• You are organised, flexible and able to manage several projects concurrently;
