 About Us


Moventum S.C.A. is an independent financial service partner and has been providing a home for financial service providers such as advisors and asset managers as well as institutional clients from all over the world for more than 20 years. The digital “MoventumOffice” platform offers access to more than 10,000 funds, ETFs and other securities. In addition, it allows financial advisors to open securities accounts for their clients, to place trading orders and to use analysis, reporting and support tools. Institutional clients are able to outsource their entire fund trading with complementary services to Moventum as part of collective or individual custody account management. A variety of fund services are assumed for asset managers, ranging from registrar and transfer agent services to fund accounting, company administration and domiciliation services.



 The Right Fit


As an Officer (M/F/D) in the Corporate Actions team, you work independently and take full ownership of your assigned processes. You manage corporate action events end-to-end, coordinate with internal and external contacts, and ensure all deliverables meet quality and deadline requirements.



 Your Responsibilities:


•    Manage and process all types of corporate action events within defined timelines, maintaining a high level of quality.
•    Ensure the accurate and timely transfer of corporate action assets to client accounts; independently resolve discrepancies.
•    Manage dividend and account reconciliations within agreed timelines; follow up on open items through to resolution.
•    Manage the product database, product openings, and product control; carry out archiving and data cleaning.
•    Maintain contact with external counterparties, custodians, subsidiaries, and internal departments; prepare and follow up on correspondence.
•    Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical solutions.
•    Act as first point of contact for client and counterparty queries, resolving second-level issues independently.



 Your Profile:



  • 2–6 years in financial services operations, ideally with exposure to corporate actions or securities processing.

  • Solid understanding of corporate action event types, settlement processes, and reconciliation principles.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel); fluency in English is required.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Banking, or Business Administration; relevant certification is an asset.

  • Accurate and quality-driven; proactive in identifying and resolving issues.

  • Strong team player, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
