We are looking for a Product Developer based at our International Headquarter in Schengen, Luxembourg. As a Product Developer in our Product Development Team, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end product development lifecycle.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting the formulation and optimization of new food supplement products in various dosage forms (e.g., powders, capsules, liquids).


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Procurement, Marketing) to ensure product feasibility, compliance, and market readiness.


• Conducting ingredient research, benchmarking, and stability trials, including support in sensory evaluation and product robustness.


• Assisting in the preparation of prototype samples and lab-scale trials.


• Maintaining precise documentation of formulation records, trial results, and technical data.


• Participating in supplier communication for sample requests and specification evaluations.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Nutritional Science, Food Chemistry, or related disciplines.


• 0–2 years of experience in product development, formulation, or food applications – ideally with exposure to a food & beverage application laboratory (preferred but not required).


• Knowledge of food supplement ingredients, functional foods, or nutraceuticals is a plus.


• Strong organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented work style.


• Effective communication skills in English are required. Additional languages will be considered advantageous.
