Product Owner

Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is hiring for a Product Owner to join one of its clients projects and team in Luxembourg.

• Telecom digital journey understanding
  

• Selfcare / customer portal experience
  

• Web and mobile application delivery
  

• Sprint planning and backlog management
  

• Release coordination and Go / No-Go preparation
  

• UAT coordination and production validation
  

• Incident follow-up and issue coordination
  

• Stakeholder management across business, IT and vendors
  

• Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives
  

• Strong documentation and status reporting
  

• French and English communication 
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of MOJO / Phoenix-type digital selfcare platforms
  

• Experience with telecom offers, options catalogue or customer journeys
  

• Understanding of API dependencies and integration constraints
  

• Experience coordinating with legacy platforms such as CRM, billing or provisioning systems
  

• Ability to work with technical teams on instability, regression and configuration issues
  

• Experience preparing dashboards, KPIs and roadmap follow-up
