• Vendor & Partner Management (Microsoft, Integrators, Internal IT Teams)
  

• Change Management, User Training & Adoption
  

• Risk, Budget & Timeline Management
  

• Strong Knowledge of Enterprise IT Environments
  

• Problem Solving & Decision Making
  

• French (Mandatory), English Preferred
  

• Infrastructure / Telecom / Utilities Domain Knowledge
