Quality Assurance Specialist Pharma (EU GMP/GDP)

As part of our Quality Assurance team, you'll play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards across multiple markets. This is a cross-functional role with exposure to various departments and high-level players in the pharma B2B world.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain compliance with internal procedures and global quality standards.
• Manage quality complaints for a diverse product portfolio.
• Support the Quality Management System (QMS): SOPs, documentation, and records.
• Define and review quality/technical agreements with third-party manufacturers and distributors.
• Assess commercial agreements for compliance with EU pharmaceutical regulations.
• Act as a quality liaison across affiliates, partners, and internal teams.

🎯 What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences (EU-accredited; Pharmacy preferred).
• 3–4 years' experience in QA within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong command of EU GMP/GDP regulations and QMS frameworks.
• Experience in pharmaceutical wholesale distribution and technical agreement handling.
• Full professional fluency in English, Knowledge of French and/or German.
