Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented professional to join our General Services team as a Receptionist & Facilities Coordinator.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming clients and visitors.
  • Direct guests to appropriate departments or staff members.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
  • Route communications to relevant teams or record messages as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Respond to general inquiries from clients and staff, providing basic assistance.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars to optimize staff availability.
  • Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain accurate guest logs.
  • Provide operational support to the General Services and Secretariat departments.
  • Oversee building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and elevators.
  • Supervise cleaning, landscaping, and technical service providers.
  • Coordinate with the Building Management Company on facility-related matters.
  • Back-up of General Services.

You will be a great candidate if you:

  • Have minimum 2 years in a similar role, ideally in business or customer service environments.
  • High school diploma required; coursework in business administration is an asset.
  • Have strong computer literacy and familiarity with office tools, experience with banking software is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and French required; written and verbal communication skills in Greek and/or any other language will be an asset.
  • Have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with analytical and logical thinking.
  • Have basic understanding of banking services and procedures.
