The opportunity: your next adventure awaits

As a member of our reception team located in our  building in Kirchberg, you will greet guests, visitors, and staff professionally. Serving as an EY ambassador for clients and colleagues, you are expected to maintain excellent presentation.

Your responsibilities include supporting administrative tasks such as reviewing Client Business Centre room allocations, managing visitor badges, announcing guest arrivals,  answering calls and performing administrative tasks.

• Qualifications:




• 1 to 3 years of experience as a receptionist in a hotel front desk or business center


• Degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred


• Fluency in English, French, and German is essential


• Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Luxembourgish) is an advantage

• Skills:




• Strong organizational and autonomous work abilities


• Excellent communication and administrative skills


• Friendly and approachable demeanor

• Technical Proficiency:




• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
