We are looking for a
Regulatory Affairs Specialist
based in our IHQ in Schengen, Luxembourg.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Regulatory Affairs department

• Monitoring of labeling and product regulation changes worldwide

• Coordinate and document internal regulatory processes, such as product license renewals, or registrations.


• Compile and prepare materials for submission to regulatory agencies

• Internal communication with other departments


• External communication with suppliers and manufacturers

• Support marketing team and subsidiaries for the approval of product labels

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering or similiar


• Training in the food/food supplement industry or related fields


• Work experience in the food industry desirable but not mandatory


• Work experience in the field of regulatory affairs desirable but not mandatory


• Attention to details


• Structured working methods


• Advanced skills in MS-Office


• Proficient in English (written and spoken), additional languages are considered as an advantage


• Team player with strong communication skills


• Flexibility


• Work permit in Luxembourg required
