We are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Officer to join our Compliance Solutions Team and support the continued growth of our regulatory reporting services. This role offers strong exposure to regulatory frameworks, client interaction, and the opportunity to grow within an international organisation.

Working as part of a small, specialised team, you will:

  • Prepare submission‑ready regulatory reports using fund NAV information (including Solvency II, VAG, CRR, GroMiKV and Annex IV)
  • Deliver a high standard of service while supporting and managing client relationships
  • Review regulatory and reporting requirements to ensure accurate data enhancement and reporting outcomes
  • Monitor regulatory developments (including Annex IV and Solvency II) and contribute to the development of our regulatory products and services
  • Gain exposure to international regulatory frameworks and wider regulatory and compliance initiatives
  • Support the ongoing development of the team, with scope to take on additional responsibilities over time

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • The ability to interpret and apply regulations for data collection, processing, and presentation
  • Knowledge of fund accounting, AIFMD, or other funds industry regulations (advantageous)
  • Bookkeeping or data processing experience (beneficial)
  • Strong organisational and planning skills to meet regulatory deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with a structured approach to problem solving
  • The ability to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders at all levels
  • A professional approach with strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility in managing changing priorities
  • A proactive and self‑directed working style
  • An interest in developing technical skills and regulatory knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • The ability to identify and suggest process improvements
