Accountabilities:
- Monitoring and managing accounts receivable orders to ensure accurate processing and timely handling.
- Reviewing, approving, or rejecting AR orders based on established policies and compliance standards.
- Identifying and assessing potentially fraudulent transactions and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Following up with clients via phone or email regarding order status, payment details, or required clarifications.
- Providing accurate product information and resolving inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and internal procedures to ensure service excellence.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within AR processes and customer service workflows.
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, order management, finance operations, or customer support roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or irregular transactions.
- Experience handling customer communication via phone and email in a professional manner.
- Ability to detect potential fraud risks and apply company policies effectively.
- Good organizational and time management skills in a remote work environment.
- High level of accountability, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving.
- Comfortable working with financial systems, order management platforms, and digital tools.
