As a Dutch Speaking Retail Associate, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service to our Dutch-speaking clientele. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure that customers receive personalized assistance during their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist Dutch-speaking customers in a retail environment.
• Offer product information and resolve inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain store presentation, including restocking and organizing merchandise.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve service quality.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on products, promotions, and store policies.
• Help create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

• Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills oriented towards customer service.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and respond to diverse customer needs.
• Good problem-solving abilities and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Team player, capable of working independently as needed.
• Open to relocating to Greece and embracing the local culture.
