German Speaking Customer Service for Insurance industry

This position is for individuals passionate about customer service and eager to assist clients in navigating their insurance needs while working for a reputable company.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, assisting them with inquiries related to insurance products and services.
• Guide customers through the claims process, policy details, and coverage options, ensuring they receive the information they need.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s insurance offerings to provide accurate guidance to customers.
• Document all customer interactions accurately to contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient processing of claims and policy changes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed advice to clients.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Familiarity with insurance products and regulations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
