Junior Lawyer Capital Markets & Banking (German Speaker)

An international law firm with a strong reputation in banking and capital markets is looking to hire a Junior Lawyer to join its Capital Markets & Banking team in Luxembourg.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex cross-border transactions, innovative structured finance deals, and sophisticated financial regulatory matters within a highly international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documentation

• Advising on a broad range of financial regulatory matters

• Assisting clients on complex structured finance transactions involving multiple parties and jurisdictions

• Collaborating with leading financial institutions and international colleagues

• Supporting clients in high-level, multi-jurisdictional projects

Ideal Profile

• European qualified lawyer (or in the process of qualification)

• Ca 2 years of professional experience

• Strong academic background

• Fluent in German and English (both used daily in professional context)

• French and/or Luxembourgish would be considered an asset

• Excellent drafting skills

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Client-focused and solution-oriented mindset

• Able to work both independently and as part of an international team
