Senior Compliance Consultant (F/M/X)

What you will do

• Lead regulatory gap analyses, implementation projects, and remediation plans for asset management clients


• Advise on compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures while supporting CSSF interactions, including license applications, scope extensions, and follow-ups on inspections


• Design compliance monitoring plans, controls, and reporting mechanisms to boards and conducting officers


• Support pre-sales activities by scoping projects, providing effort estimates, and contributing to proposals and RfP responses


• Coach junior consultants and contribute to practice accelerators and thought leadership initiatives

Qualifications​​​

• At least 3 years experience working in Regulatory Compliance ideally within the banking, financial services or consulting industries


• Strong knowledge of the Luxembourg fund regulatory framework, including AIFMD, UCITS, CSSF Circular 18/698, and MiFID II


• Working knowledge of SFDR, AML/CFT (including AMLA developments), and DORA


• Experience in consulting, a ManCo/AIFM compliance function, or a depositary


• Proven track record of leading workstreams and interacting with senior client stakeholders (Compliance Officers, Conducting Officers, Boards)


• Full working proficiency in English and French. Dutch and German is a plus
