Senior Consultant/Manager- Liquidation & Restructuring Advisory

Join our liquidation & restructuring team, a diverse group of multi-talented experts who provide wind-down services, insolvency advice, and other services to underperforming and financially distressed businesses, their lenders, stakeholders, and advisors. You will have exposure to a wide range of assets including private equity, real estate, and listed securities, and will manage the liquidation process from start to finish, up to the release of assets. What will you do

• Be part of an experienced team of professionals and actively manage entities in liquidation (mainly investment funds).


• Lead a team for all the day-to-day management of the liquidating entities (payment approvals, advance on liquidation, portfolio sales, AML check, cash reconciliation, termination agreements...).


• Coordinate the whole liquidation process, dealing with the accounting, tax, strategy, valuation and legal aspects.


• Oversee the preparation of the liquidation procedures, the liquidation accounts and liquidator's reports.


• Contribute to practice growth and development.


• Identify new business opportunities and participate in key proposals and presentations for new businesses.


• Participate in the development and delivery of training programs.


• Coach and mentor practitioners to their highest potential.

What about you

• Master or Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance


• 4 or more years of experience in a similar role in an advisory firm or a financial institution. 


• Proven expertise in accounting and liquidation process.


• Exhibit effective time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.


• Self-motivated and able to work independently, develop good relationships with senior management and operate well within a team environment.


• Ability to communicate and discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences.


• Passionate about coaching junior team members to reach their maximum potential and oversee their work.


• Business fluency in English; French or German fluency would be considered an asset.
