Senior Credit Risk Analyst

Collaborate internally to influence the quality and efficiency of entity management processes and programs. Determine appropriate actions outside of defined processes while considering alternative solutions. Oversee team performance and prioritize work to ensure effective project execution. Provide insights on best practices in corporate governance and legal compliance. Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation for all legal entities and subsidiaries. 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Manage Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) credit policy change governance, working also with global credit team as needed to appropriately update policy and procedure documents, and log any changes. Interact with global credit compliance and legal teams to confirm that BNPL credit policies are compliant with applicable regulatory guidelines. Monitor BNPL policy execution to ensure compliance with existing policies and procedures, and log potential policy breaches, investigation results, and eventual resolutions. Participate in credit audits and inspections to provide support to internal and external auditors on BNPL product related activities as needed.
