Your Role

Within our International Human Resources team in Luxembourg, you will report to the Divisional Head of HR.
As Business Partner, in your areas of responsibility, you will : 

  • Ensure the alignment of HR and business objectives
  • Act as a trusted partner between employees, managers and HR specialists
  • Advise and coach managers
  • Drive talent management, including performance and development, in your areas of responsibility
  • Support organizational changes
  • Ensure compliance and HR policies application.

Alongside your HRBP role, you will also support the International HR Head in conceptualizing, structuring and coordinating local and international projects, while ensuring effective change management, stakeholder communication and effectively planned communication.


Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in Business Engineering or Business Management
  • A proven extensive experience and understanding of the life insurance business in Luxembourg
  • Proven capacity to coordinate projects in an international and diverse environment
  • Very good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and French. German being an added value
  • Knowledge of HR Systems, preferably Workday and excellent command of Excel
  • Extremely accurate and structured
  • Hands-on, flexible and excellent team-playing abilities.
