Senior IT Systems Integration, Operations & Support Specialist

Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Systems Integration, Operations & Support Specialist. The role will be responsible for the provision of technical consultancy and support services for IT Reception systems.

Responsibilities:

• Management and monitoring the daily data ingestion, data storage and data processing in various formats;
• Incident and problem management, technical support to end-users, Change management on applications;
• Development and maintenance of IT systems according to guidelines;
• Analysis, design, implementation and testing of IT systems;
• Production of other technical and functional documents;
• Being part of the Technical support and Project Team, Participation and interaction in technical working groups and meetings with project teams, developers, stakeholders, and non-expert users;
• First-level technical support to colleagues of the unit in all issues related to HTML, XML, CSS;
• Maintaining and creating scripts in Linux;
• Bridging the Business team with the Operations team;
• Creation and follow up of tickets for the solution provider;
• Testing new functionalities, identifying and reporting issues, and assisting in their resolution;
• Coordination reception and testing of new releases;
• Answering helpdesk tickets raised by users;
• Providing training/demos to internal teams;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. 

• University degree in IT, or any related field;
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in IT;
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Linux System;
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Incident and Problem Management (ITIL);
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Database management;
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Project Management;
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience with containerization;
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience iwith Cloud services;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language and good knowledge of French language.

This role is an on - site opportunity in Luxembourg.
