Arbeitsbeschreibung - (Senior) Manager Legal (m/w/d)

Legal support and product development: Legal advice and support for existing and newly initiated fund products and services (AIFs), in particular with regard to corporate law issues
Documentation management: responsibility for coordinating, drafting and regularly updating fund documentation
Structuring of subsidiaries: Organization and legal support for the establishment and ongoing administration of direct and indirect subsidiaries of AIFs managed by Empira
Regulatory procedures: Management and implementation of approval and registration processes with the CSSF and other relevant supervisory authorities - in cooperation with external service providers if required
Corporate law documents: preparation and/or review of circular resolutions, articles of association, partnership agreements, powers of attorney and issue documents
Committee work: preparation, organization and preparation of minutes of general meetings, board meetings, management meetings and other committee meetings
Register entries: Making entries in registers and directories relevant to corporate law
Regulatory developments: Analysis, implementation and internal enforcement of legal and regulatory innovations - both within the Empira Group and in the context of the managed AIFs
Contract management: review, negotiation and drafting of contracts
Communication with external bodies: Contact person for supervisory authorities, auditors and external legal advisors

Degree in law, business administration or a comparable qualification - ideally with a focus on corporate or commercial law
Several years of relevant professional experience in the fund industry, preferably in the areas of law or fund structuring
In-depth knowledge of the Luxembourg fund and corporate structure, particularly in the area of alternative investment funds (AIFs)
Sense of responsibility, structured way of working and initiative
Strong solution orientation and ability to work in a team
Confident handling of the MS Office package
Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
