Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design and Integration:
• Designing software architecture and integration strategies;
• Designing system integrations and ensuring seamless connectivity across platforms;
• Strategic Planning and Optimization:
• Designing solutions that optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability;
• Devising debt resolution and modernization strategies for legacy applications (e.g., upgrading Java versions);
• Projecting mid- and long-term roadmaps, effort estimations;
• Project Management and Leadership:
• Managing and leading projects from an integration standpoint, ensuring alignment with project goals;
• API Design:
• Designing standardized APIs for enabling data exchange and interoperability;
• Developing web APIs (e.g. REST, GraphQL);
• Integration Patterns & Protocols
• Implementing common integration patterns and best practices (e.g., publish-subscribe, request-reply, event-driven architecture);
• Versioning & Lifecycle Management
• Designing API and integration versioning strategies;
• Error Handling & Resilience
• Devising strategies for fault tolerance, retry mechanisms, and circuit breakers in integration flows;
• Database Systems and Migration Strategies:
• Working with database systems (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and crafting migration paths;
• Working with SQL and database management tools;
• Designing and implementing graph technology solutions (e.g. RDF, triple stores);
• Containerization:
• Containerizing applications with Docker and Kubernetes, ideally with solutions compatible with cloud-agnostic environments;
• Middleware and Messaging/Distributed Events Platforms:
• Using middleware solutions for system integration;
• Integrating Kafka distributed event systems for asynchronous contexts;
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):
• Following CI/CD practices for automated testing, integration, and deployment;
• Licensing and Compliance:
• Working with licensing and compliance aspects and constraints of integrated components and dependencies;

• Documenting and Communication:
• Document architecture and integration plans clearly and effectively;
• Communication and collaboration with teams and explain complex concepts;
• Cloud Platforms:
• Designing solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as vendor-agnostic solutions;
• Agile & Collaboration:
• Working in Agile/Scrum environments;
• Using tools like Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint and Teams for team collaboration.

• University degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or Computing;
• At least 7 years of experience in using XML, HTML as data formats and JSON;
• At least 6 years of experience in creating mid- and long-term roadmaps, effort estimations;
• At least 6 years of experience in managing and leading projects from an integration standpoint, ensuring alignment with project goals;
• At least 6 years of experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle);
• At least 5 years of experience in designing system integrations and architecting seamless connectivity across platforms;
• At least 5 years of experience in using middleware solutions for system integration;
• At least 5 years of experience in designing solutions that optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability;
• At least 5 years of experience in technical debt resolution and modernization strategies for legacy applications (e.g., upgrading Java versions);
• At least 5 years of experience in implementing common integration patterns and best practices (e.g., publish-subscribe, request-reply, event-driven architecture);
• At least 5 years of experience in implementing strategies for fault tolerance, retry mechanisms, and circuit breakers in integration flows;
• At least 5 years of experience in designing, integrating, and developing standardized RESTful APIs, under OpenAPI or similar;
• At least 5 years of experience in Cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP;
• At least 5 years of experience in SaaS and CaaS hosting services;
• At least 5 years of experience in integration health and performance monitoring with tools like Splunk ELK Stack, or OpenTelemetry for Agile and Collaboration;
• At least 5 years of experience with Agile/Scrum environments;
• At least 5 years of experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence);
• At least 5 years of experience in documenting architecture and integration plans;
• At least 4 years of experience in Securing applications under security standards (SSDF, NIST 800-53);
• At least 3 years of experience with Docker;
• At least 3 years of experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform;
• At least 3 years of experience with Kubernetes;
• At least 3 years of experience with Apache Kafka for asynchronous event-driven processing;
• At least 3 years of experience with CI/CD practices for automated testing, integration, and deployment;
• At least 3 years of experience with GIT code repositories and delivery processes (GitLAB);
• At least 2 years of experience in designing API versioning strategies;
• At least 2 years of experience in using secrets management tools like Hashicorp Vault;
• At least 2 years of experience in credential management;
• At least 2 years of experience with database migration;
• At least 2 years of experience with RDF, knowledge graphs, triple stores, SKOS, OWL, JSON-LD;
• At least 1 year of experience with GraphQL;
• At least 1 year of experience with WSO2 API Gateway or similar;
• At least 1 year of experience with Cloud-agnostic environments;
• At least 1 year of experience in monitoring and troubleshooting Kafka-based data flows and consumer performance;
• At least 1 year of experience in managing licensing and compliance aspects of integrated components and dependencies;
• At least 1 year of experience with Tomcat;
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Sharepoint and Teams for team collaboration;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language and good knowledge of French language.
