Specialist Pricing EMEA (fixed-term 6 months)

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing Management:

• Develop accurate pricing for contractual customer rates.
• Ensure pricing aligns with company guidelines, capacity availability and market conditions.
• Apply pricing strategies based on seasonality, route performance and cargo type.
• Coordination & Stakeholder Support:
• Collaborate closely with the Pricing manager, Sales & Route Management.
• Provide pricing support for tenders, RFQ’s and contract renewals.

Data Analysis:

• Use data tools to analyze profitability and contribution by lane, customer and product.
• Monitor contract rates utilization.

Process & Compliance:

• Ensure all pricing activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and commercial guidelines.
• Adhere to defined approval processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Aviation Management.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in Revenue management, pricing or commercial strategy.
• Analytical Skills: Data analysis skills (Excel, B.I. Tools)
• Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of air cargo markets, trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders across functions.

• English fluency is a must.

• Temporary, full-time position based in Luxembourg
• A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Fuehrungsszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
